We find that both of these services can be very helpful to consumers who are facing overwhelming debt and cannot seem to get their bills paid down.

While it is not set up as an online supportive community, the Debt Consolidation America website does include a nice FAQ section, which explains some of the common questions that consumers may have in regards to dealing with debt processes and credit consolidation. Additionally, Debt Consolidation America does a fine job of explaining the differences between debt consolidation and debt settlement, which have varying affects on consumer credit scores depending on what program is chosen. We call this full disclosure and it is something that we like to see in debt related companies. Although we noticed that the company does not state any affiliation with debt management associations or the Better Business Bureau, we did not find any negative reports on Debt Consolidation America. The company does state that it is a member of the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators, which is a well-respected agency in the debt settlement and consolidation industry. With this said, we think that Debt Consolidation America is worth checking out to get help with any kind of debt from credit cards to student loan repayment.
